Although there are many ways to heal, on this post I’m going to focus on the best way of self healing. This technique is called Earthing which is also known as Grounding.

Earthing has a vast amount of benefits and can help heal spiritual blockages, mental imbalances, as well as physical pains.

It was discovered by “Dr. Laura Koniver,MD (The Intuition Physician)” who starred in the Motion picture “Grounding” She is also on youtube and provides guides, tips, and other information on related topics.

I highly encourage you to watch this “Grounding

After experiencing grounding for 30 days, people who couldn’t walk before are able to stand and walk around. There is proven vision improvement and pain relief. There are a few individuals who experienced such great improvement that they actually stopped Earthing because they will lose their Social Security Benefits. Which just shocks me and makes my heart ache.

Here is a small list of examples of the Benefits of Earthing.

Recommendation: If you go outside barefoot everyday for 10 mins.. You’re healing your body by stepping on grass, hugging a tree or laying on the grass. Nature is the best grounding tool and will also cleanse you of inflammation.

This is a great thing to hear for those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia and others.

I personally keep a journal for my when I meditate so I can write down what I saw and felt. So I can go back and reconnect what It means and have validations.

 More Recommendations:

  • Ground yourself.
  • Let everything go.
  • Don`t control your thoughts or judge them. Just acknowledge them and them emotions along with them.
  • Also you have 3 major things to sense; seeing with your third eye. feeling energy, and hearing.
  • Try not to focus on just one thing just let it come to you.. dont control it.

The only thing I advise you doing is to remember to breathe in with your nose and out with your mouth. ❤
